Tom Ashworth is a comics based freelance illustrator who is based and lives in Bolton, UK, living day to day with Autism. He spends most of his time at home drawing and illustrating his own self directed artworks that communicate action, adventure and battle themed story narratives. His illustration style and method is mainly flat cartoon, comic styled that is employed using digital media design. Tom draws on a iPad Pro device with a Apple Pencil tool which he uses everyday to illustrate creative comic content. He uses a bold graphic cartoon / comic art outline to illustrate, then colours and applies tonal special effects to the finished piece. Tom's creative inspiration comes from watching and reading comics from all over the comics industry. He illustrates action, battle art with an exciting story narrative behind his work.
